Shipping policy
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday prior to 2pm EST will begin processing the same day and will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm EST or on Saturday / Sunday will begin processing the following business day.
How much is shipping?
All eligible shipping services and rates will be calculated at checkout.
United States
We offer free standard shipping on orders $80 and up. Orders that do not meet the minimum for free shipping will be shipped at an affordable flat rate of $5.95. Alternative and expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.
How fast is shipping?
Standard domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground and typically arrive within 2-5 business days from when they are scanned. An email will automatically be sent to you when your shipping label is created. Tracking information should be updated within 24 hours and can be accessed through the link provided in your email.
If eligible in your area, we also offer the following expedited shipping options for an additional fee:
- USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days depending on location)
- UPS 3 Day Select (3 business days)
- UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
International Shipping
International orders typically arrive in 7-10 business days, however please allow up to 4 weeks for international shipping, as your order will need to clear customs and may be processed through multiple shipping carriers. Customs fees (import, duties, and taxes) are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. Please review your country's import policies prior to placing an order.
